Earlier this week, a post on the show's TikTok page teased that there's drama ahead for some residents. The video featured Aaliyah James, Elijah Holloway, Laura Doddington and Sophie Khan Levy - who play Avani Nandra-Hart, Harry Mitchell, Nicola Mitchell and Priya Nandra-Hart respectively.
The four cast members were seen on the set, including outside the Queen Vic. A 'for sale' sign was visible on the side of the pub as the actors entered that part of the location. The caption of the post teased: ⁘Stick around, it'll be a bumpy ride!⁘
It suggests that the Queen Vic could have new owners in the coming months. The pub, which has only just reopened after it was damaged in an explosion earlier this year, is currently run by Linda Carter (played by Kellie Bright ), Elaine Peacock ( Harriet Thorpe ) and George Knight ( Colin Salmon ).
Fans who spotted the auction sign took to the comments section to react to the apparent spoiler. One person questioned: ⁘The Vic is for sale?⁘ Speculating over a potential storyline, another asked: ⁘So they're gonna have a bidding war?⁘
