EastEnders newcomer Nicola Mitchell will arrive with a bang next week, with some details coming to light about Teddy Mitchell's ex-wife.

We will find out the real reason for her heading to Walford now after months of hints, as her decision to reunite with her estranged family is explained. Not only that, but it's confirmed she's hiding a potentially dark secret, and something sinister about her past.

We might not find out exactly what that secret is, but it's massively teased by Teddy who confirms she is hiding something huge. It emerged recently that Teddy was avoiding his ex, and they were seemingly going through a painful divorce.

So what are they all hiding and why does Harry want to stay away from his mum? What doesn't Barney know about her, and where has she been all this time if she wasn't really travelling?

While Teddy isn't convinced and thinks something else has led her there, she claims she is wanting to help Harry. As for her big secret, it's teased Teddy will use it against her.
