Diane and Suzanne get drunk at JJ's party, and Diane accuses Tony of overreacting when he mentions that she's fallen off the wagon again. With Suzanne watching on, Diane falls out with both Tony and Dave.
Darren and Frankie spend the day together, but she doesn't want to tell the police . As she opens up more, Darren gets an explanation for all of her behaviour, including her accusation against Jack.
Darren meets Nancy and Morgan in the park but is conflicted, as he doesn't want to break Frankie's confidence. He tells Nancy that he can't see her before the trial in order to support Frankie, and she is left devastated.
Frankie reminds Suzanne that she told her JJ was abusing her back when she was only nine years old. She reads excerpts from her diary and on her phone to her, and begs her mum to believe her. Will Suzanne take her side?
At the nursing home, Martha begs Jeremy not to take revenge against Sienna. But he leaves her incapacitated, looking ahead to his sinister plan.
