Known for dominating the kitchen with fierce intensity, Ramsay was more subdued in the video as he spoke about the significance of wearing a helmet when cycling. He began the video by expressing his love for cycling, triathlons and Iron Man competitions and said he had a very important message to share.
"Now, I'm lucky to be standing here. I'm in pain. It's been a brutal week, and I'm sort of getting through it, but I cannot tell you the importance of wearing a helmet," Ramsay said on X.
He wished new, middle-aged and old fathers a happy Father's Day and once more reiterated why cyclists should always wear a helmet.
"Please, please, please, please wear a helmet because if I didn't, honestly, I wouldn't be here now. Happy Father's Day," Ramsey said.
