Ross Kemp will return to host two new series of Bridge of Lies and Celebrity Bridge of Lies on BBC One and iPlayer in 2026. The shows, produced by STV Studios Entertainment in Glasgow, have been recommissioned with 25 episodes of Bridge of Lies and 10 episodes of Celebrity Bridge of Lies. The original series, Bridge of Lies, features teams of contestants from across the UK competing to cross a bridge by answering questions truthfully and avoiding lies.
The show has been a hit since its launch in 2022, with Ross Kemp hosting and guiding contestants through the challenges. Kemp expressed his delight at being recommissioned, stating that his favorite part of hosting the show is getting to know the contestants and their unique knowledge. He looks forward to helping them navigate the bridge, even if some crossings are more precarious than others.
The BBC has commissioned 25 episodes of Bridge of Lies for BBC Daytime and 10 episodes of Celebrity Bridge of Lies for Saturday nights on BBC One. Audiences can apply to be contestants on the show through the BBC Shows and Tours website, with applications closing on October 5.
