Broncos Practice In Picturesque Setting Ahead Of Next Game

The Denver Broncos wrapped up their practice week in England with a change of scenery. Sean Payton's team had been practicing at Tottenham's training facility, located north of London, on Wednesday and Thursday. However, on Friday, they relocated to a field on their hotel grounds, Hanbury Manor. This field, surrounded by rolling country hillsides, offered a picturesque backdrop for the team's final practice before their next game.

The switch wasn't prompted by inclement weather, but rather a desire for a change of pace. Payton noted that the field was in excellent condition, having been used by the Minnesota Vikings the previous week. The Broncos' coach reflected on the team's adaptability, recalling last year's experience in West Virginia, where they had to move their practice to indoor tennis courts due to heavy rain.

Payton expressed satisfaction with the week's progress, despite the unusual travel arrangements between the team's hotel and practice site. He emphasized the importance of routine in the team's preparation, stating that it allowed for a sense of normalcy and facilitated recovery. The coach felt that this week's schedule had been more predictable than the previous one, which had been disrupted by Monday Night Football and a short turnaround.
