Emmerdale fans could see the return of one character on the hit ITV soap after being framed by a villain.

Soap watchers will recall that the hit ITV soap recently introduced new character, Owen Michaels , who went on a date with Robert Sugden.

The date was going well with the duo planning to go back to Owen's place until Robert spotted his ex-husband Aaron Dingle nearby and decided to kiss Owen to make him jealous.

When Aaron showed no response, Robert changed his mind about Owen's invitation, declining to go back to his place. As Robert went inside to pay for their drinks, Owen used the opportunity to spike Robert's drink.
