More details: Found hereEmmerdale star Oliver Farnworth has been in a relationship with a huge EastEnders star for more than five years. Oliver, 42, currently stars as John Sugden on the ITV soap, with his character gearing up to marry Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) in explosive scenes next week.
Away from the soap, Oliver has been dating Samantha Womack, 52, since 2019. The actress is best known to fans for portraying Ronnie Mitchell from 2007 to 2017. The couple first crossed paths while co-starring in the stage production The Girl on the Train.
"Mark is a good friend. I actually just spoke to him yesterday. And when I got offered [the part in Emmerdale ], Mark told me it was a great job. He was full of praise for the place," he previously told The Mirror.
Speaking further about Mark's advice, he continued: "I remember [Mark] saying when he was filming, that it's such a gorgeous place to work – it's really, really brilliant. So when this came along, I was excited. And it is great. He said to me, 'I told you so' and I said, 'You did'."
