After more than two decades on the Channel 4 series, Sarah left the acting gig behind when she was given an ultimatum by bosses - stop sharing racy snaps or leave.
The mum has always defended the controversial side hustle and slammed bosses for their "blatant hypocrisy."
Sarah , 43, has regularly showed off her pole dancing skills on social media - and now she's taught her very first lesson, in a very sexy outfit.
Talking to The Sun about how the debut went, Sarah shared: "It was great and all the women were so lovely - I'm really excited for them all to go on their own little pole dancing journey.
"I get so much from it on a personal level but also finding space that, as a woman, I feel safe in."
Sarah continued: "I feel supported, I feel I can be myself and not be judged - and how rare is it to find that space and sense of community? I feel very lucky."
The actress penned: "I'm excited and terrified in equal measure… because very soon, I'll be stepping into a whole new challenge- teaching my first beginners' pole class!
