Stuart, 45, played Russell Owen on the Channel 4 soap between 2004 and 2009 and briefly reprised his role in 2018.

Stuart posed for a selfie with his wife, Georgina Juma, in the photos posted to her Instagram account.

He's also starred in an episode of Doctors, The Dumping Ground as Matt Branston and Casualty as Clyde Jackson.

Stuart had a recurring role early noughties soap, Night and Day, and appeared in one episode of cop drama The Bill when he was 14 years old.

Stuart said at the time of his return in 2018: ⁘After a decade away from Hollyoaks, it felt like the right time to come back and particularly when the show is on such a high.
