The Stranger star Brandon Fellows joins the cast of the Channel 4 soap as resident therapist, Tommy.

A source said: "Tommy is definitely going to make his mark on the village and is hiding more than a few secrets.

In the coming weeks, it is revealed that Leela has been attending therapy sessions with Tommy, confiding in him about her fears that Joel is growing closer to Cleo again. 

Misreading signals, Tommy leans in for a kiss with the married mum, but how will Leela react to this crossing of boundaries?

Viewers will soon discover in later scenes that Leela isn't the only person having therapy from Tommy. 

However, not all is as it seems with the new Hollyoaks resident, as it becomes clear early on that Tommy may not be who he says he is.
