CORONATION Street fans will be fuming as the soap is yanked from schedules yet again this week - thanks to another ITV shake-up.
The long-running drama is facing yet another disruption, leaving viewers wondering when they'll get their next fix of Weatherfield drama.
This Friday will see sports coverage take priority over soaps yet again as ITV broadcasts the UEFA's Women's Nations League at 7:30pm.
The actress - who plays Eileen Grimshaw in the ITV soap - told bosses she wanted to leave last year and the time has now come.
Actress Sue opened up about her decision to leave Weatherfild, saying: "I've had 25 privileged years of working on Coronation Street.
"The door is still firmly open but as I reached my 60th year, I decided it was time to embrace change, look for new adventures and live fearlessly."
A telly source said: "Sue has adored her time on Corrie, and sees the cast and crew as her family, but realised that if she wanted to try new projects then she needed to do it now.
