Mandy's pleas for him to "slow down" were met with a gasp from Charity as it seemed the two vehicles collided. The episode concluded with one limo sinking into a frozen lake and a flash-forward scene showing someone trapped under the icy water.
All that can be seen is a hand desperately pounding on the ice, seeking help and escape - but whose hand is it?
