Since his first appearance in 2008, Aaron has become a fan favourite with numerous significant storylines under his belt, including affairs, a romance with Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley), and time spent in prison.
Currently, he's in an on-and-off relationship with newcomer John Sugden (Oliver Fainworth), who is Robert's half-brother.
However, in the episode aired on January 24, they realised their cover-up was flawed as they failed to remove Anthony's car from the village.
This has led to fan speculation that John might frame Aaron in a shocking twist. Some viewers, however, believe this could pave the way for a reunion between Aaron and Robert, albeit behind bars.
Robert Sugden and Aaron Dingle's romance has been one of Emmerdale 's most cherished storylines, with the couple first sparking a connection in 2015 and eventually marrying in 2018.
