Angelica saw Tom's true colours in Friday's episode after being cruelly used by her deceitful cousin.

This week, Angelica followed some careful instructions from Tom's solicitor Ollie and released a damning video online condemning her relative for his crimes.

The unusual tactic gave Ollie the opportunity to demand that the trial should be cancelled on the grounds of jury bias following Angelica's video, which had gone viral.

Ollie insisted that Tom had to cover their tracks by cutting ties with Angelica so the video couldn't be traced back to them.

In an abusive phone call, Tom ranted: ⁘You vindictive little clown. Why would you lie like that? Spouting that filth, stuff that you know I didn't do.
