This week, Hollyoaks jumped forward a year in time , a creative move that is a response to recent budget cuts on the show.
As the cast had changed and storylines had moved on considerably, the soap marked this new era by unveiling a brand-new title sequence at the beginning of Tuesday's episode (September 17).
Set to a refreshed version of the theme song, the new titles show the cast having fun in The Dog in the Pond, with a snappy montage highlighting the different dynamics between the characters.
But following the first week of exciting time jump episodes, the show has now released an extended version of the title sequence, in the form of a music video.
The full-length video, available to watch here , is set to the song 'Make Me Happy' by Aimee Chen and shows the same clips that are in the titles as well as lots more bonus footage.
