In scenes that will air next week, Tony goes behind Diane's back and makes plans to meet Maxine. Diane finds out and is devastated when Maxine comes over.
Diane confides in Nancy about the problems she and Tony are facing in their relationship, and Nancy comforts her.
Meanwhile, Tony also opens up about his marriage issues, and he talks to Ste. But Ste has his own problems and is worrying about having to look after Leah's baby once he has completed his rehabilitation.
It seems that Tony is looking to move on from Diane and make a fresh start, as he has taken off his wedding ring.
Later, Tony surprises a mystery admirer with flowers and the pair share a kiss – but they are spotted by Ro, who is shocked by what he sees.
