Emmerdale actor Joe-Warren Plant has reportedly split from his girlfriend Anna Norton, who he had dated for two years.
The young pair bought a property in Blackpool in 2022 and it looked as though the foundations of their relationship was solid. It has been reported that when they first got together, they fell out after claims Anna had cheated on Joe - but this has not been confirmed.
Joe-Warren started playing Jacob in 2010. Speaking about being on the ITV soap, he said: ⁘I am happy here and see myself here for the foreseeable future. I never thought I would get to this point and I really want to reiterate how grateful I am. Sometimes when I look at pictures of myself over the years, I just think 'wow I have been here for 13 years'. It's crazy but it is so much fun.⁘
In 2022, Joe said he was concerned he would be axed from the soap during his six month break. He told Inside Soap: ⁘It wasn't until about three or four years into working at Emmerdale that I realised how lucky I was. When you are so young, you don't understand the calibre of the show.⁘
He added: ⁘I had around six months off when I wasn't sure if I was going back, and everything started to sink in. I realised how big Emmerdale was and how many people watch it, and I thought: 'Wow, I need to stick and this and take it seriously!'⁘
