Consequently, Ella left the village in June, only to make a dramatic return recently. She has since settled into the village, forming a close friendship with Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley).
In Thursday's episode (August 22), Mandy decided to throw a birthday party for Ella. Despite initial hesitations, Ella eventually joined the festivities.
Upon spotting a distraught Ella, nurse Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson) reached out with comforting words and ushered her into the surgery. However, tensions soared when Ella lashed out at Wendy, striking her and tearing the room apart.
Fueled by anger, Ella demanded that Wendy call the police to take her away, a request that was soon fulfilled. Although the village residents pledged their support, Ella made her emotional farewell before being whisked away by police.
