EastEnders viewers might see an eventful spring in Walford, with twists and turns ahead on the BBC soap.
What we do know is that at some point in the coming weeks and months, if not this spring, there's some familiar faces heading back to Albert Square. With that, we can also expect some big goodbyes on the way, if not closer towards summer.

We have some familiar faces returning to screens at some point, including the one and only Bianca Jackson. While Bianca's return to the soap has already aired recently, pictures of actress Patsy Palmer showed her on the set which suggested she would be heading back to Walford at some point - so this will surely happen in the next few weeks.
Shona McGarty is bowing out of the role of Whitney after more than 15 years in upcoming scenes, with her final episode now filmed. Shona was joined by cast earlier this month at her epic leaving party, with fans also saying a goodbye to the actress.
