SHOPPERS are going wild as another supermarket has revealed the exact date it will be slashing the price of vegetables to just 15p.

Lidl has announced that the price of veggies will go down to as little as 15p starting on Tuesday, March 26.

The bargain deal will last until the end of the week, and will see at least six different fresh pickings reduced to a dirt cheap price.

Shoppers can get their hands on green beans(220g), British carrots (1kg), British white potatoes (2kg), deluxe echalion shallots (300g), British swede (each) and spring onions (per bunch) for only 15p.
