Gail - played by Rachael Gill-Davis - arrived in the Dales earlier this year as a former love interest of Ryan Stocks. She was seen getting closer and closer to him, and finally, the pair admitted their feelings for one another.
As Ryan questioned who it was, she told him it was nothing urgent before later stepping out and returning the call. It sounded like the call was very urgent and fans have been trying to guess who the person is, and now they think they know what she's hiding.
