Emmerdale's Manpreet Sharma will be thrown into a new conflict next week when her partner Charles Anderson's mother, Claudette, makes a surprise appearance in the village.
In scenes airing next week, Manpreet gets embroiled in an argument with a woman at the café, only to be left mortified when Charles' mum Claudette shows up at Woodbine later – and they turn out to be the same person.
