Alan Halsall couldn't have looked further away from his overall-wearing Coronation Street character as he emerged from a private helicopter at Aintree.
Alan attended Thursday's horse racing event and made a dramatic entrance before sharing snaps from throughout the day to his more than 200,000 followers. The 39-year-old started his day by getting picked up in his own helicopter, with a glass of champagne firmly in hand for the trip.

"Taking a bit of a break from social media for the next few weeks," she wrote in a post, sharing a picture with those words written on it, coupled with a heart emoji as the caption. And fans were quick to inundate the soap star with words of support.
