It was the end of the road for one Emmerdale couple on Tuesday night, as Ethan Anderson sensationally dumped his cheating boyfriend Marcus Dean.
Viewers rejoiced as Ethan got back his ex by furiously dumping his belongings out his bedroom window, hitting back at the hunk's claims that he was 'boring.'

Ethan was devastated by the betrayal, which came just as he'd decided to pop the question, but the humiliation only got worse when Marcus made little effort to fight for their future.
Tuesday's episode featured the final scenes for Marcus, as Ethan kicked him out of their home for good.

Ethan (Emile John)'s proposal to Marcus (Darcy Grey) in yesterday's Emmerdale didn't go well, to say the least, as no sooner was the proposal out of his mouth than his jaw was on the floor upon seeing a strange man descending his staircase.
With either terrible or genius timing, Ethan had proposed just after Marcus had been upstairs having sex with an ex.

Cathy was left fuming that Bob didn't want her at the opening of the B&B, and things were made even worse when she knocked over the special cake Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) had baked.
Towards the end of the episode, Cathy had a breakdown and broke down in tears following a blazing row with Bob.

Next week, Arthur tries to focus on giving a speech at an LGBTQ+ History Month celebration in the village, and Laurel couldn't be prouder of her son as she sees him taking centre stage.
Things seem to be looking up when Marshall stays to listen to his speech. After previously telling Arthur they couldn't even be friends, his support seems to mark a change of heart.
