A survey of over 1,000 UK small businesses has revealed that rising fuel and energy costs is now believed to be one of the greatest threats to SME survival in 2022.
The report found that 70% of SME owners say that rising costs across the board are their biggest challenge this year. Half (49%) said that they are set to increase their prices in an attempt to offset increased expenditure.

Heavily polluting vehicles will have to pay to enter the entire metropolitan area of London from next year, the British capital's mayor said Friday.
The zone has already been expanded once since it was introduced in April 2019, and today covers a large area within London's North and South Circular inner ring-roads and the city centre.
