London fintech Zepz turns a profit and goes for growth | Business | The Times

The London-based fintech Zepz has become profitable and will consider acquisitions as part of its international growth plans, its new chief executive has said.

A reported $6 billion initial public offering in New York is off the cards for the moment, however, Mark Lenhard, a former JPMorgan Chase and PayPal executive, added.

Small businesses face higher water bills as Ofwat looks at overhauling price cap rules

The regulator is considering dumping regional limits on rates in England and bringing in a single cap for the country. It says it wants to limit annual movements in bills to "around 5% before inflation".

Streamlining the rules will increase the average bill by about 0.1% before inflation for companies on dual tariffs covering water and wastewater, it said, though there will be falls in some regions.
