Rose Ayling-Ellis in tears as she reveals Prince Charles and Camilla's sweet gesture - Birmingham ...

Rose said that she was pleasantly surprised when the royal couple communicated with her in sign language. She explained: "We had Camilla and Charles that came to visit and they tried out acting for a bit. We played our characters meeting them."

She continued: "It was really special, and both of them came up to me and both of them said good morning. I was really touched. Really impressed that they know how to sign a good morning."
