BBC Eastenders Zack Morris lands huge movie role 10 days after quitting soap | Surrey Comet

Eastenders star Zack Morris has announced he will star in a huge movie in the US after quitting the BBC soap.

The 23-year-old actor became a favourite among viewers after being involved in huge story lines since joining the square.

He said: "Celebrating the end of an incredible era with some incredible people. You've all played a huge part in making me who I am today. The love will always run strong.

BBC EastEnders explains new schedule after Monday night's episode moved for football - MyLondon

EastEnders has been pulled tonight to make way for the FA Cup coverage on BBC One. Sports presenter Gary Lineker leads the Match of the Day coverage of the Middlesborough vs Tottenham Hotspur game which will begin airing on the channel at 7.30pm.

Kate Oates, Head of Continuing Drama, BBC Studios said: "We're delighted that, from 7th March, there will be new regular time slots for EastEnders on BBC One, and Doctors on BBC Two.

BBC Mood: What's it about, who's in it and when can I watch it? - Wales Online

Mood will be based on main character Sasha, played by Nicole Lecky who also wrote and created the series based on her play Superhoe, as she tries to become a singer. The series will be part told through songs.

Nicole has also written the soundtrack for the show, which will be directed by Dawn Shadforth and Stroma Cairns.
