"I think it was time for a bit of a change and I'm not sure if the character was a bit tired," he added.
"There wasn't a massive amount happening with him and that didn't look like it was going to change, so it seemed like a good a time to try something different with my career."

Danny and Steph spoke about their plans for their exciting summer nuptials, and the 31-year-old confessed he was forced to hire a wedding planner after underestimating just how much there was to organise.
"Adam Thomas is one of my ushers – he's one of my best friends. I have two best men and when I was making that decision I had in the back of my mind that Adam didn't ask me to be his," Danny laughed.

Speaking to OK! Magazine , she shared: “Over the years treatments have improved. I have various pills and injections every week and I just get on with it.”
