The BBC has announced a major change to long-running soap Eastenders as the broadcaster announced a major schedule shake-up.
Eastenders , along with Doctors, will be moving in the schedules with soaps running from Monday to Thursday, meaning Eastenders will no longer be shown on a Friday night.

The star admitted: "You're right about the hustle. I was on EastEnders for eight years where you got a set paycheque every week. It was a set paycheque and I didn't have to do anything else. It was my comfort blanket, it was what I knew. Then it just wasn't."
She added: "There's no such thing for me as maternity pay, so when I had kids I had to leave and I had to do magazine covers to make money to feed my kids.
